Frequently Asked Questions

Are shuttles running for every show?
No- Here are the shows we're running the shuttle for Summer Jam, Iron Maiden, Rush. Please travel the preferred routes if a shuttle is not running for your event!

Do I need a reservation to take the shuttle?
No-reservations are not required.

Do I need a concert ticket to ride the shuttle?
You do not need to have a concert ticket to ride the shuttle, but please confirm ticket availability with the shuttle staff before boarding the shuttle.

Where is the Auburn SuperMall?
The Auburn SuperMall is located approximately 10 miles from the White River Amphitheatre. Click here for directions. http://www.supermall.com/go/gmap.cfm Once you get near the SuperMall, please follow temporary signage to the designated shuttle parking areas.

Where do I park at the SuperMall to take the shuttle to White River Amphitheatre?
Those wishing to take the shuttle from the SuperMall should park their vehicle in one of the (2) two designated shuttle parking areas that have been “closed off” to the general public. Temporary signs will be posted to direct vehicles. SEE MAP

The parking areas will NOT BE parked simultaneously. Shuttle loading will begin in Area One. Once space is filled there, signage and staff will direct vehicles to parking Area 2. We ask that shuttle users park in the designated shuttle areas. (Please do not park in the parking lot in front of Marshall’s.)

Just as at the amphitheatre, there is no tailgating allowed in the SuperMall parking lots. Alcohol is strictly prohibited in the parking lots and on the shuttles. These policies are strictly enforced.

When do the shuttles begin taking people to White River Amphitheatre on concert days?
Shuttle service start times are based on the start time of each show. They will begin running approximately 1/2 an hour prior to doors. Therefore, each concert may have a different shuttle service start time. To check when the shuttle service will begin for the show you are attending-please visit livenation.com. Parking in Area 1 will be the first to open and will open approximately 1½ hours prior to when the first shuttles are scheduled to depart.

Once shuttle service begins-is there a departure schedule?
There is no set departure schedule for the shuttles. The shuttles will run continuously until all are accommodated.

Is there a designated pick-up stop within the shuttle lots?
Within each shuttle parking area, you will see staff and signage that will direct you to the shuttle boarding area.

What time do the buses stop bringing people to White River Amphitheatre on concert nights?
Generally, shuttles run continuously until approximately one hour after the scheduled start time of a concert. See Specific Show Information

Are the shuttle buses wheelchair accessible?
At all concerts-there will be a shuttle bus available with a wheel chair lift. Just ask a staff person for assistance.

When do the shuttles begin taking people back to the SuperMall from White River Amphitheatre?
Shuttles will begin staging for departure at least one hour prior to the end of the concert.

For those wanting to leave before the concert ends, shuttles will be available to take people back to the SuperMall but will wait until a shuttle is at least 50% full if departing prior to the end of the concert.

Where do I go to get on the shuttle to get back to the SuperMall?
Shuttles leave the amphitheatre at the same place you arrived. Shuttle buses will be loaded on a first-come, first-serve basis. On larger events, loading the shuttles can take up to 30 minutes. Please follow the direction of the staff to help make the shuttle loading as quick and convenient as possible.

Does it matter what shuttle I get on at the end of the night?
No. Each shuttle bus returning to the SuperMall after the concert will go to ALL shuttle parking areas at the SuperMall. Shuttles will run after the concert until all shuttle riders have been accommodated.
